Corrected Fee Analysis
Your business won’t prosper if you pay more than you should for goods and services. But there is so much confusion about credit card processing fees. Integrity will perform a free evaluation to determine if your business is being charged properly and fairly. If you are, we’ll tell you. If we can improve your cost or give you more value for the same cost, we’ll tell you about that too.
Custom Pricing
Many processors have a simplified pricing policy and frequently shout about rates. It looks and sounds good, but it can really mean that a restaurant is being priced the same as an auto-repair shop, even if the types of credit cards and other variables that determine processing costs are very different.
At Integrity Payment Systems, every business is analyzed and priced on a custom basis, ensuring fair pricing for all involved. It’s more labor intensive for us, but we believe it’s fairer to our merchants.
Integrity Customer Service
One word that sets Integrity’s service apart: In-house. Most processors outsource many of their customer service obligations.
At Integrity Payment Systems there is only one customer service number because our services are performed in-house. Regardless of whether it is an equipment issue, a question about one of our solutions that can help improve your cash flow, or a question about a specific transaction, our in-house customer service reps will help.
Each rep has access to the information they need, and they are empowered to make decisions to resolve your issue quickly.
Merchant Statements
We’ve tried to make our merchant statements as easy to read and understand as possible.
Statements are available 24/7 online, and if you have a question, just call customer service at 888-477-4510.How Integrity Works for You
Merchant accounts allow businesses to accept credit cards. This account serves as an agreement between a credit card issuer, the business and a processor.
When a card is presented for payment, the system first ensures sufficient funds or credit exists for the payment and issues a hold for that amount.
The transaction is then batched to the processor who “settles” the account for the amount due to the merchant.
